- I have over 13 years of training experience with the Navy, top level AFL teams, surf life saving clubs, various gyms plus also working with leading television programs as the health and fitness advisor and supplying testimonials for various fitness machines.
- My discipline and loyalty as a trainer is unlike your common trainer.
- My punctuality and professionalism is of the highest calibre.
- You will not only be trained the right way with the best methods but you will also be educated with everything you do.
- You will never get bored with any exercise regime or program whether we are indoors or outdoors.
- You will have direct and fast access to other associated fitness professionals with practices in physiotherapy, chiropractics, podiatry, remedial massage, and nutrition and dietetics and relevant supplement stores.
- If you have personal training twice or more a week you are also invited to attend one of my boot camp sessions free of charge every week!
I focus my outdoor training on high intensity short workouts which will have you dropping body fat in no time. One aspect of training the military has taught me, is to use the natural environment to create some exciting and challenging workouts which, once you have caught your breath- will have you begging for another session!
If we use the gym expect nothing less than a killer session incorporating functional training, with again unique exercises utilizing muscles you never knew existed.
