About Chris

My life has evolved around health and fitness. I was a state representative at school and club levels for AFL, athletics, surf life saving, basketball and was actively involved in a number of other sports.

After leaving school I pursued a career in the Royal Australian Navy where my service time was just short of 12 years and during the last seven I was a Physical Training Instructor. The Military's Physical Training instructors spend an intense 8 months south of Melbourne perfecting a training style that can not be duplicated from a 2-8 week PT course. They train in all types of weather with an array of mental and physical barriers that clearly place their training methods, dedication and knowledge above your standard training institute.

'To become a Physical Trainer is an honour, it's a life, and you become one of the military's elite' it's not for the stereotypical wannabe's who do it for the cool shirt!

My personal experience extends beyond the military boundaries. Since my honourable discharge from the Navy I have been actively involved in training personnel from all area's of the civilian environment including TV personalities, major fashion designers, international models, singers, bankers, school teachers, builders, shop assistants and students all of which have had positive results and most continuing with their training experience.

In 2007, I had a major involvement with the TV series 'Runway to L.A' (Fox8) starring Jordan Loukas and Charlotte Dawson. On the program I was hired to train up and trim down Jordan for her attempt to make it on the run-ways of L.A. My reputation as a firm, encouraging and successful trainer was proven in episode 1 of the series with notable positive results showing by episode 5. My training technique also impressed Charlotte, the host herself, whom I continue to train to-date.

Health and fitness is my life. If I can share that passion and have it benefit others I couldn't be happier.
