Boot camp Training
Boot Camp is a style of training originally undertaken by military personal in military environments to help keep fitness, concentration and energy levels high to endure long hours at battle. There were no fancy weights or cardio machines, just man and his surroundings.
These days with modern research the bootcamp class has moved indoors with machines and weighs alike, with old and new techniques combined the level of fitness from these class's continues to rise and rise.
BOOTCAMP... Is It For Everyone? YES!
One of the main feedbacks I receive is that people are generally scared or worried that this type of training will be too much for them. These concerns arise from Hollywood dramatized military movies, such as G.I. Jane, or the over hearing an instructor yelling at a class at a local park.

Boot Camp began for us in 2007 at Queens Park and later at Bondi Beach. Twice a week Chris has been a supportive and motivating instructor challenging everyone with his variations in exercise. While running, squatting, lunging, carrying thick ropes and weight training with shackles I’ve bonded with newly made friends and we’ve encouraged each other to achieve increased cardio levels, improved muscle tone and strength and reduced body fat. As I approached a milestone age I wanted to participate in a fitness activity that was well structured with a level of discipline.
